What does this Privacy Policy mean?

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as Privacy Policy) defines the basic rules and conditions for the processing of personal data that apply to the website www.bereklamosnegerai.lt (hereinafter —Website) for visitors; UAB “Ateities rinkodara” (hereinafter — Marketing of the future) customers (natural persons) or representatives of clients (legal entities); candidates participating in Future Marketing selections for vacancies; persons who apply/submit inquiries; Future marketing to representatives of partners and service providers, etc.

What is personal data?

Personal data is any information that Future Marketing collects/stores about you that can be used, for example, to identify you, provide you with services, etc., and is stored electronically or on paper.

Personal Data includes any information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number that Future Marketing collects/stores about you for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy or your separate consent or agreement with Future Marketing.

Whose personal data Futures Marketing processes

We need your personal data, which may be collected in the ways described below. In our Privacy Policy, we indicate what to expect when Future Marketing collects personal data about:

our customers (natural persons) and representatives of our clients (legal entities); persons who cooperate with us (partners/external service providers); visitors to the Website; persons who have submitted enquiries/requests to us; candidates for a vacancy;

How Future Marketing obtains your personal data

We collect your personal data that you provide to us about yourself when you provide your personal data via Marketing of the futurewebsite www.bereklamosnegerai.lt or to contact us through the indicated Marketing of the futurecontact details when you provide us with your data so that we can provide services to you as a customer, as well as when you apply to work with us, etc.

When concluding services/cooperation/other contracts;
When you provide us with your data (requests) through our website or on site;
When you contact us by email Marketing of the futurethe specified e-mail address;
When you agree to the installation of cookies on your device;
When you apply for our vacancies;
Do you otherwise provide or receive information from third parties with your consent.

What personal data and for what purpose do we process

For the purpose of providing services to natural persons, the following personal data of customers (natural persons) are processed: Name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number, personal code, details of suppliers and buyers, other personal data related to the provision of services (the list is not exhaustive).

For the purpose of providing services to legal entities, the following personal data of representatives of customers (legal entities) are processed:

Contact details (name, e-mail address, telephone number, other);
Data related to the calculation of wages;
Data related to debt accounting;
Data relating to the preparation and submission of declarations;
Data related to the execution of bank orders;
Other (the list is not exhaustive).

For the purpose of cooperation/partnership with Future Marketing, the following personal data of partners/external service providers (their representatives) are processed: name, surname, telephone number, city, e-mail address, bank account number, (list is not exhaustive).

The following personal data of website visitors are processed for the purpose of administering and responding to requests received through the Future Marketing website: name, email address, subject and free text.

It should be noted that Future Marketing deletes excess personal data provided by data subjects that are not required for the purpose of submitting a request and receiving a response.

For the purpose of selection of new employees, the following personal data of candidates are processed: name, surname, CV, tel. No., e-mail address, available certificates, diploma of graduation, image, qualification qualities, work experience (previous places of work).

For the purpose of direct marketing, the following personal data of customers (natural persons) or representatives of customers (legal entities) are processed: name, e-mail address.

When a visitor logs in or visits the Future Marketing website, the following technical personal data are automatically collected and processed:

IP address;
date and time of accession;
the name and universal address (URL) of the website that links to our website;
Data of the operating system of the visitor's device;
Information of the visitor's Internet service provider;
Data of the geographical location of the visitor;
other relevant technical information.
In its activities, Future Marketing is also Data Processors of some of its customers and processes their personal data as Data Controllers in their interests and on behalf of them, in accordance with the Data Processing Agreements concluded with them and the provided written instructions on the processing of personal data.

What are the grounds for lawful processing and how much is protected

Contract (for the provision of services/cooperation/other);
Legitimate interest — to respond to your requests, to provide information that you request from us, etc.
Fulfillment of obligations established by legislation (compliance with legal requirements of the activities carried out, accounting, archiving, etc.) ;
Consent (e.g. participation in recruitment, direct marketing, etc.)


We will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve and implement the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, taking into account the nature of the services or cooperation provided to you, unless a longer retention of personal data and related documents is established in accordance with applicable regulatory legislation and is required (e.g. mandatory retention periods for accounting and other documents, etc.) or conditioned by judicial or other state authorities for the defence of the legitimate interests of the controller.

Participation in the selections

Future Marketing collects and processes your resume (CV) and/or cover letter and/or other information provided by you during the recruitment process for the purpose of conducting the job selection on the basis of your consent, which you express to Future Marketing by sending/submitting your CV and other information through the Website.

At the end of the recruitment process, we undertake to delete and/or destroy your personal data within 5 working days after signing a work/internship agreement with the selected candidate, unless you agree with your separate consent that your data will continue to be used for the purposes specified in your consent.

Direct Marketing

If you become our customer and do not express your consent at the time of collection of personal data or with your separate consent, your personal data may be processed for direct marketing purposes.

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such purposes.

Future marketing will no longer process (use) your personal data for direct marketing purposes as soon as you object to the processing of your data for this purpose.

Your refusal to receive promotional offers and news will not prevent you from using our services, but it will mean that we will not be able to provide you with useful offers. If you do not agree or withdraw your consent, you can inform us by email at info@bereklamosnegerai.lt.

For direct marketing purposes, Future Marketing actively uses your personal data as long as you are a Future Marketing customer (if you have not expressed your objection at the time of data collection) or 3 years from the moment of giving your consent (if you have given separate consent), unless you withdraw your consent. Consent is stored in the archive for 1 year from the expiration of the term of active use of the consent.

Disclosure of data

We may disclose information about you to our employees, service providers or other recipients if reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

In certain circumstances, we may be obliged to transfer your personal data when:

we must disclose information in accordance with the law, including where we need to disclose personal data to the tax authorities and law enforcement authorities for the purposes of crime prevention and detection; we need to disclose personal data in connection with legal proceedings or to obtain legal advice, or the disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend our rights; disclosure is necessary to protect our interests or those of others (for example, to prevent fraud); the information must be disclosed to a third party who provide administration or data processing services on our behalf (our Data Processors). Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the requirements established by the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts. When processing your personal data, we implement organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.

Without undue delay, but no later than 1 month after receipt of the request, we will provide you with information about the actions taken in response to your request for the exercise of your rights. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, the said deadline may be extended for another 2 months. Future marketing will refuse to exercise these rights only in cases provided for by law.

Right to access your personal data

Below we provide information about additional rights you may have, which you can exercise in accordance with the procedure described below.

You have the right to ask us to correct any inaccuracies in the data we hold. In this case, we may ask you to confirm the corrected information. You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data. Please note that we will only be able to comply with such a request if: your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (for example, we need your personal data in order to respond to your emails); collection, storage or use of personal data is prohibited by law; your personal data is unnecessary for the purpose of establishing, implementing or defending a legal requirement, for example in a legal process.You have the right to ask us to restrict or not to process your personal data: for the period necessary to to ascertain the accuracy of your personal data when you make claims about the accuracy of the data; when our collection, storage or use of your personal data is unlawful, but you choose not to request the deletion of the data; when your personal data is no longer necessary for us, but you need it in order to establish, comply with or defend a legal claim; for the period necessary to do so, to determine whether we have an overriding legal basis to continue processing your personal data if you have exercised your right to object to the personal data processing.You have the right to the transfer of data that we have received from you with your consent or for the purpose of concluding a contract. Complaints

Only after receiving your complaint, we undertake to contact you within a reasonable period of time and inform you about the progress of the investigation of the complaint and subsequently about the result.

When you contact us to make a complaint, we only use your personal data to investigate and respond to the complaint and to assess the quality of the services we provide. If we receive a complaint about a member of our team, we may need to disclose your identity to that person. You can indicate that you do not wish your personally identifiable information to be disclosed, and we will endeavour to comply with your request. However, it may not always be possible to examine the complaint anonymously.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Member State where you have your habitual residence, place of work or place of the suspected infringement.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of the data you provide and for any actions (data transfer, orders placed, etc.) performed on our Website. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to us is accurate, correct and complete. If the data provided by you changes, you must immediately inform us by e-mail info@bereklamosnegerai.lt. In no case will we be liable for any damage caused to you as a result of your providing incorrect or incomplete personal data or failing to inform us of any changes to them.
