Being a project manager gives me lots of opportunities: to meet specialists from different fields, work in a team and learn from colleagues, generate ideas and see how they are brought to life. I really value the flexibility of being able to plan my workday myself while still being part of a team where you are never left on your own – you can always count on help or advice. This job lets me get closer to different types of businesses, understand them a little and see how they work. The role constantly encourages you to keep up with the latest trends – to achieve strong results, you have to look for new strategies, new ideas and new paths every time. Events in the world and in the country often dictate unexpected but perfectly fitting solutions. In essence, it’s a job that doesn’t let you fall asleep: it keeps you in the swirl of what’s new, forces you to track changes and to adapt to them quickly.
