The position of project manager gives me many opportunities: to meet specialists from various fields, to work in a team and learn from colleagues, to generate ideas and to observe how they are implemented. I really appreciate the flexibility of being able to solve my own workday, but I still work in a team where you are never alone — you will always get help or advice. This work allows you to get to know the businesses of different directions up close, at least a little touch on their activities and understand how they work. The position constantly encourages interest in the latest trends — in order to achieve a successful result, you need to look for a new strategy, new ideas and paths every time. The events of the world and the country often dictate an unexpected but perfect decision. In essence, it is a job that does not let you fall asleep: it keeps you constantly in the news vortex, makes you follow the changes and be able to adapt them quickly.
