
The graphic above is the story of one of our client's last months. Of course, I can't reveal the name of the client, but that won't stop this story. And the story is about how we managed to grow the client's monthly turnover from 10,000 euros to 90,000 euros.
We started communicating with the client in October 2024. We open a Meta advertising account and see how the budget is spent on campaigns of the Reach, Engagement, Traffic type. When you see your budget revolving around Reach and Engagement, you already know — here's a simple and effective maneuver: switch your target to conversions (sales) and watch your turnover rise. In November, the turnover began to grow.

Well, okay. Simple action, turnover grows - what next? If advertising brings profit to the company, it is a sin not to increase the advertising budget. And in our company it is taken seriously - if advertising is profitable and the budget is not increased, then this is a gross mistake of the agency. After all, this way the client loses additional income. Yes, I have heard that customers do not agree to increase the budget. But maybe the problem is that the client does not really feel the result that the marketing reports “draw”?
Okay, let's go back. We found the most profitable ads, with ROAS ranging between 10-12. We see which products generate the highest returns — we “bake” new banners and videos for them. Everything works. Turnover (and most importantly, profit) continues to increase.
In terms of SEO, organic traffic has increased 3 times since the beginning of the collaboration. And the number of keywords in the TOP 10 Google search positions has grown from 80 to 180.
From the graph you can see that there were months when we stagnated or even fell into a pit. I call such situations simply: “turnover picked up a sick leave sheet.” You seem to be doing the same things, but the result is the opposite. This is the reality of marketing. As a rule, in the downturn months there is the most work, because you are simply trying to rediscover a strategy that works and break the glass ceiling of turnover. In such situations, attitude is very important. It is possible to console yourself with such phrases as “off-season”, “people spent money on holidays.” And it is possible not to blame the environment and continue to take actions that affect the results. Even when it's really “out of season” 🙂

With this story, I do not want to take all the laurels for the result and say, “work with us if you want the same results.” On the contrary, I want to emphasize the activity of the client, the willingness to cooperate, the fulfillment of recommendations. It is said that the goal of marketing is to communicate the truth about business to the world. The client made sure that this truth was attractive to a potential buyer. And for us, the marketing agency, it remains to do a pleasant job - to make sure that this truth reaches the largest audience possible.
And one more thing. Behind every success, we will always find fast communication with each other. We are used to having WhatsApp chat groups with our clients to make communication more comfortable and faster. When working with online advertising, communication must be constant. There is no need to wait for the monthly report to say that advertising is ineffective. This can be seen already 2-3 days after the launch of the advertisement. There was not a single working day that we did not communicate with this client. Practically as in marriage. Only there was no need to argue whose turn it was to take out the garbage.
Tip: If you communicate with an advertising agency once a month, there is a high probability that the advertising potential is not exhausted.
And that's it. We still have a lot of potential with this client. I have no doubt that turnover records will continue to be broken.
